He hit a clutch shot, but he has played like absolute garbage the first two games of the season. There is no denying it. From the very first play of the season when Chalmers stole his dribble from behind I've been disgusted with how he's played.

Sloppy handle, broke jumper, in ability to finish at the rim (that 5 inches gain of vertical since ACL surgery is bull crap) ... I've still yet to see him get the amount of height on his jumps he used to, and he refuses to dunk.

I'm sure things for him will improve with shrugged off rust, regular season speed is totally different animal. He needs to adjust, but it may take a month or two.

Hell, even MJ, the game's greatest player ever had ups and downs until he totally got back in the groove and rhythm of the game. Which didn't come in the 17 regular season games + first two rounds of playoffs. You need a few months at the least. Maybe 40 to 50 games to truly get it all back.

But right now it's hard to watch D-Rose. He's been extremely frustrating. He balled in pre-season, and right now he's been utter dog shit out there. That was a clutch shot, though.

Now people should realize Rose rushing back in the playoffs to face the Heat would've been even worse for the Bulls, and for himself.
