What do you think would happen if the Rabies virus went airborne?

Less than a dozen people in the history of the world have survived it and it's one of the oldest diseases known to man.
It has a long incubation period which means people can travel far distances without any suspicious symptoms. It makes people crazy and aggressive, attacking other people and spreading the disease, or at the very least ignoring quarantine mandates.

Would we have enough vaccines to immunize people in time? Would developed countries have too much on their plates to help out 3rd world countries? Or would it straight up be like 28 Days Later?
