I think if Trevor lands somewhere it would be Orlando or Cleveland. Toronto will probably keep Marion.

Looks like they'd rather give the money to the much younger Ariza...which is fine for LA.

It would be a stupid move for Ariza. For someone to take the same money in Toronto where they can't win a ship instead of LA, Cleveland, or Orlando it would be dumb. I say the same money because even if they offer more it would have to be significant because the exchange rate is not very good right now.

I love grant hill, he would be my first choice if Ariza bolts. He plays better D than he gets credit for. Solid yet unspectacular. Isnt much of a 3 point shooter but boy oh boy I think he'd fit great in the triangle.

The money is going to dry up fast this offseason so there will be quality players to be had for MLE or less kind of money.

I think the Lakers have no choice but to take a wait and see approach.

Grant Hill has played SF for most of his career. When he first came in the league Detroit had him bring the ball up the court (well and do everything) but he still mainly gaurded the opposing teams SF.

Even at Hill's age, he is still a very capable player. He plays smart and within his capabilities. He can still be a potent scorer off the bench and would be a real asset on this team. He struggles most on D bc of his age and past injuries, but he still can play and I would love to have his class act attitude on this team
