With Boston, Brooklyn, New York and Philadelphia in the same division, I can't disagree with anything he said. Those four teams are clearly superior to the Raptors.
I had to watch that video back about 3 or 4 times because after that girl appeared, I stopped paying attention to what he was saying. But yeah, agreed. There's no doubt about us being the worst team in our division, at least talent wise.

I figured when I saw "Charles Barkley" and "Raptors" in the same sentence it wasn't gonna be anything much. I've watched more than enough of Barkley to know that he's only interested in giving reviews for top teams. If you aren't an obvious playoff team you aren't even on his radar.

1) It's the off season. Trying to bring whatever Raptors related as possible, just to keep the board active. Got to keep it fresh and original as possible, whatever it might be. I've never thought much of Barkley's analysis, anyways.
