That actually isn't my 10 best players, but I think those are good players to watch before March Madness because their teams may be making long runs with them leading the way. Some other good players to watch would be Morris Almond (haven't seen him play, but 30ppg must be fun to watch), Chris Lofton, Dominic James, Al Thorton, Jarrius Jackson, Kyle Visser, and Jared Dudley. The Pac-10 also has been fun to watch this year. They have a lot of solid teams. I don't think they are the best conference, but I have gotten to watch a lot of their games, and they are all very solid.
As for an All-College team, I think this is the best rotation that would actually do well on the court for a whole season (not just the best players at each position).
Starting Five:
C-Greg Oden (doesn't need to score, great rebounder and shot blocker)
PF-Tyler Hansbrough (can score, but also works hard and does anything)
SF-Alando Tucker (would be a great "glue" player, and the teams best player)
SG-Kevin Durant (great all-around player, would be the go-to guy)
PG-Mustafa Shakur (great passer, would lead this team as well as anyone)
Backups:
C-Roy Hibbert (great size)
C/PF-Josh Heytvelt (solid scorer off the bench)
PF-Jermario Davidson (good rebounder, but doesn't need big minutes)
SF-Curtis Sumpter (wouldn't get much time, but is a great shooter)
SG/SF-Brandon Rush (would make a good #2 scorer when on the court)
G-Chris Lofton (instant offense)
PG-Mario Chalmers (wouldn't expect much time)
this is a pretty good list...not as good as mine but a hella lot better than these other kids...i probably shouldnt have forgooten about brooks(uofa fan) He would be in my top 5
umm, sorry, but i would have to say from what i've seen that my list is easily the best top to bottom...but this is all subjective opinion of course, so to each his own...
James is a good player but not a top 10 player. What are smoking Pac 10 is the best conference. When you have the 12 ranked team in the nation at 4-4, you got a great conference. I ask you, what conference would be better?
