In 2002 Taiwan's Chen Shin-An (Sean Chen) who was age 22 at the time, was invited to the Sacramento Kings Pre Season camp (October 2002) He went but did not make the final cut. What puzzles me is EVEN IF he was good enough to make the team, how could he legally play for for the Kings ? I have checked the list of players who applied (drafted or not) for the 2000 to 2002 NBA draft and his name was not there . Isnt it that all players ( foreign or American) who wants to play in NBA must first enter the draft. A player who applied but not drafted becomes a unrestricted free agent . Only unrestriced free agents can play for any NBA team he wants ( assuming the team he wants to join wants him too ) . But in Chen's case he cant even be classified as a Unrestricted free agent since he never entered the draft . So no team can just invite and sign him .Am I wrong ???
Sorry to burst your bubble there Pal, but em.......That is NOT Yao Ming.
Why is it everybody sees a tall Asian and automatically its Yao Ming.
lol
I hear of Chen several times from Taiwanese Forums.
He's good because he's atheleticism is so much better that most other Taiwanese ppl. However, he has terrible shot selection, weak upper body strength and toughness to survive in American league. Plus, he doesn't want be be a no name. He didn't really join the draft.

Don't let him in the league! I speak for all white people when I say we would be ashamed if the asians started dunking on us. by the way the 2nd dunk on that clip is alot better then the dunk on the tall guy
