    Default Official post your physique thread

    I've always had a good work ethic for basketball but lifting was never my thing. As a result I've been a skinny fukkboi my entire life and this summer I decided to start making a change. Thanks to Cannabis I've been given to motivation to hit the gym 4-5 times a week and watch my diet closely. I've been seeing pretty decent results

    Pic on the left is 7/25. Pic on the right is 5/25


    Clearly an improvement with biceps. Also some improvement in my pecs, tris, and shoulders.

    I actually started working out about 6 weeks before the 5/25 picture but I'm a dumbass and didn't take any pictures until the end of May. Because of newb gains I gained more in those 6 weeks than May-July. These progress photos would therefore be much more impressive if I had taken pics in April.

    Currently 6'4 193. I still have a long way to go especially with my back. I have super poverty lats and just a weak upper back overall. It's going to take a while to get it as big as it needs to be.

    Overall I'm going for something like this
