The Fresh Prince
Need some help with some opinions from you guys re: top 10 current lists.
So I was thinking about that thread earlier, how the Mavs are listed at +4,000 at LV odds. So that got me thinking. Wow, adding Parsons and Tyson Chandler was kind of a big deal considering that the Mavs took the TO BE Champs to 7 games and really, honestly, played them better than anyone this year. Then I thought, shit in 2011, when the mavs won, they had almost the same roster build (Chandler, Dirk, Marion/Parsons, JET/Ellis,etc). So obviously, i think OKC, Spurs, etc. have a better shot at winning. However, at +4,000, why not put down $250, and win $10,000. lol.
Anyway, mentioned it to a friend. And here is where the debate Begins and where i need your help
He said Chandler parsons sucks.
My response: He does not suck. Albeit overpaid, as your 3rd best player, he's Pretty darn good. put up 17/5.5/4 as a 3rd option with great defense on good shooting percentages while spreading the floor and playmaking
He comes back with "hahah Your team isn't going anywhere with Parsons as your top 5 player on a team"
Next point, he says Ellis is trash.
My respons: WTF, he puts up 19/5.7/3.6 as a second option. He definitely does not suck and is top 10 at his position.
He says thats why the warriors got rid of him, because he sucks.
I finally say, (What this thread is about)
name me 10 better SG's than Ellis.
Name me 10 SF's who are better than Parsons.
