This exactly. They can't stop anyone from getting to the rim and Howard isn't mobile enough yet to protect it like used to. They also get out of position for defensive rebounds because of bad closeouts and rotations, allowing teams to get easy putbacks.Originally Posted by chazzy
They also suck in transition defense. They don't have the mobility and because D'Antoni's offense wants quick jumpers they'll usually have long misses which again puts them out of position to get back.
