Ginobili and Parker make noticeable attempts to flop. You can actually tell they play the game straight up unless they don't get a couple calls, or their team starts to fall behind... then they miraculously lose their sense of balance and start falling all over the court.
All of these teams flop, a ton. The only difference is that some teams seem to be recognized for it, and thus when they flop it's always exasperated. For example, Zach Randolph flops on almost every offensive possession that isn't a fadeaway jumpshot, but nobody calls him out on it because the Grizzlies simply aren't talked about enough for it to be brought up as a talking point. Same for Indiana.
