The elite Rondo is long gone. He's only averaging 9 pts, 6 asts, 5 rebounds, and 1 steal a game on 42/36/30 shooting with the Mavs. Top 5 point guards don't average that. Hell, I don't even think Rondo is a top 15 point guard this season. Just not a good fit with Dallas.

Rondo has played 55 games and has 1.1 Win Shares.

Hill has played 27 games and he has 2.9

George Hill is so much better than Rondo that it's not even funny. Even his raw production (15/4/5/.555 TS%) is much better than Rondo's (9/6/8/.434 TS%).

CoJo and Patty are basically locks too. Maybe Udrih is the only questionable one, but he's been pretty great with the Grizzlies. Rondo, by all accounts, has been a net negative.
