Got the idea from the Fantastic 4 thread.
My personal favorite is Two Face. His background and the reason he became the way he is, the way he relies on chance. His character is just awesome.
And please, don't base it off the movies, because as we all know, the movies until Nolan took over were pretty bad, well except the Tim Burton ones.

Azrael aka Jean Paul Valley as Batman (when Batman came back to get his cowl forcefully becuase Azrael had gone insane becoming Batman and started killing villians)
I loved his alternate custom after he became good again and his own comic came to life...
Bane (especially after we got beat by Azrael and came off the super-soldier serum Venom)

One of the creepiest Batman villains. I think it's feasible to see him as a side-villain in Batman 3 (if it gets made).
