Default Which high schoolers should be one-and-done to the pros?

Which high school players are so good that they'll probably go to college after just one year jump to the NBA (and go first round)?

As far as 2008 HS seniors there aren't any that truly stand out to me as "one and done's"

Greg Monroe and Brandon Jennings are two "maybes" I would think.

If Brandon Jennings leaves after one year he'd be lucky to get into the first round. Barely 6' PG's who never seem to make the simple pass aren't a high commodity ni the NBA.

I think Monroe stays for two years just to work with John Thompson III. The story seems to be that Monroe seen the work JT3 did with Jeff Green and Roy Hibbert and realized that a couple years at Georgetown would get him into the top third of the draft.

You are starting to lose your mind lately. I cant even take anything you say seriously anymore.

Classifying Jennings as a barely 6' pg who never seems to make the simple pass is just stupid and shows me you havent watched him play much this past year.

Are you saying Jennings is clearly well above 6' tall? Everyone I know that's seen him play in person labels him as barely 6'.

Also I've never called myself an authority on Brandon Jennings. However, I've seen him play a couple times now and he rarely makes the simple pass.

Maybe we have different opinions on what a simple pass is or maybe I caught him on his bad decision days but he often dribbled into trouble or held the ball a bounce or two too long.

Seen Evans play in person. He'll stay for more than one year.

Lance Stephenson is a junior.

But anyway, it shouldn't be anything like last year where 8 freshman went in the draft. All in the first round. This year will probably be worse (depending on how you look at it) than last year in that regard with around 10 freshman with a very realistic possibility of going in the first round.

yea, but he will still be a one and done to the pros high schooler. being a junior just adds to that

How does being a junior add that?

Add to the ridiculousness of your statement that he'll be "one and done" when hasn't even made it to his senior year yet?

There's no Oden's or even Mayo's in that '09 class. At least not yet.
