That is true, but not in this case... dude had so much evidence against him, it would not have even been close, and he could have been doing even more time with the racketeering charges on top.

I used to be a huge fan of Vick, but damn, he is a dumb mother****er. He was on top the sports world, all the money, endorsements...living a ****ing dream and loses it all for dogfighting.
