I was in my 2nd or 3rd grade class watching Survivor. I don't really recall any emotions I had, but I know the teachers were pretty shocked. I remember them changing the channel and seeing some footage

I was in my apartment. My girlfriend woke me up and told me a plane hit the WTC. I watched the second one hit and the collapses. surreal.

I was beyond pissed and I did what I could to prepare incase anything went down in my area. It did force me to pay attention to politics and world events. Before 9/11 I couldn't have cared less about either. This and Hurricane Katrina proved to me that the .gov can't protect us and that individual citizens needed to be ready for the zombie apocalypse and other disasters that are sure to follow.

I had just sold my house and was in the middle of moving. My ex called me and asked me if I had seen the news, the tv was already packed up so I had to plug it back in. I was in shock as I saw the second plane hit. I was glued to the tv for the rest of the morning and afternoon.. i'll never forget.

I was coming from first bell (Business Orientation) to second bell (Art II), walked in and saw both one tower on fire. I asked, "Is this some type of movie or something." then literally 3 seconds after I asked that question I saw the second plane hit.

I was very sad that day. Sad for the people down there that went through it, sad about the future soldiers that I knew who would get deployed, sad for their families, sad for the families in whatever country we would occupy and sad for their families who would die as collateral damage. Setting their looking at the pile of burning rubble that day, I knew there was going to be a lot of things that were going to effect a lot of people, but I felt revenge is the last reaction we should have even though it's natural to feel that way.

I feel after that I became a more peaceful person.

My worldview didn't change, it's pretty much remained the same since I was 15 years old.
