Damp has never seemed like the guy to pass up money to join a winning team even at age 34.

Surely he won't pass up Houston's offer? unless somebody else offers more.

However it seems a insider still seem to think he will head to Miami but I guess nothing can be said until he is waived.

Denver could offer the same contract (and should)... offer a Player option after year 1 to sweeten it... but I bet OKC would offer a little more... the teams that surprised me were Memphis and Toronto... didn't expect them to want him... he seems like the player who's pointless on a bad team... that's why IMO, Miami, OKC, Denver and Phoenix make sense... not Houston (if he wants to play).. he'll only play in 2nds of back to backs cuz they already got Hayes and Miller backing up Yao

Hayes is backing up Scola this year. Miller is backing up Yao
