gtfo here with that. you have a knicks av and you wanna see the bulls get better? let the bulls keep this team, and lets set up that 1st round date with them so we can smack them around.

I am Knicks fan but I don't hate anyone.
If we make some improvements to our team (Melo, defensive center..) then Vince Carter probably wouldn't be enough to beat us.

Right now I think that we can beat Bulls in the playoffs.

i'd want him back in orlando but we are so heavy at the wings and i know he would want to start, chicago is a great fit for him and derrick rose could spoon feed him a bit and he wouldn't be placed in apostion where he would be depended on too much since they have booz and rose.

Why would he? If he accepts a buyout, he will most likely accept a lesser role on a good team.

Lesser role=less playing time=lower stats=Not good in contract year.

Carter would rather play on the Sun to inflate his stats, and therefore would have more leverage during free agency.

makes lots of sense, also he will do that better on the suns than in orlando because they aren't gooing anywhere, i'm expecting more out of him in PHX than he has shown

Yes, they will pay the player slightly less than his contract amount for him to void out his contract. Basically, it lets the team get out from paying him in full, and it allows him to sign with another team.

Lebron just took less money & walk away as a free agent(as he had earned the right to do) & is criticized.

I'm beginning to think that the Vince Carters/Lebrons of the world simply don't give a damn(or at least don't beed to) about what the public thinks.

They will be bombarded from critics no matter what most of them do it seems.

Make the best decision for themselves/family.

You must have been living under a rock or something.
Most of the LeBron hate doesn't come from him actually leaving, it comes from HOW he left.....
