I'm a Cowboys fan and as a Cowboys fan let me tell you something Lakers fan, keep that picture handy. No, its not going to get updated anytime soon. You'll just have to keep using it over and over and over again to get back at Milwaukee fans when even they regain prominence before you. Sure you'll still be the most talked about franchise in the media and on twitter but you'll also be the one that is made fun of the most. Your team will remain the most valued franchise in the NBA and have the largest most obnoxious fanbase, but your team won't do anything worth a damn on the court. No. You'll just keep looking at that picture and keep reminding yourself of the glory days and tell your grandkids stories about the good ol days when Wilt, Magic, KAJ, Shaq, and Kobe used to wear purple and gold. All you'll be good for is bitching at your current owner for letting your franchise stay stuck in mediocrity year after year to come. Thats your future Lakers fans. The sooner you can accept it, the sooner you can hop on to Lebron's new team's bandwagon.

Not to be a hater tho but do you guys honestly seeing the Lakers willing a ship within 2 years? What pieces would u guys have outside Kobe, Melo and Gasol?

We also got Randle, Swaggy, Wes, Farmar, X, Jhill, etc. etc. (if these guys come back, which I am assuming they will). I'd like to see Kaman back too, what with a new coach and an actual team that can contend, I don't see why he wouldn't wanna come back and start for us at center.
