Not a huge fan of the Sutton pick by the Broncos tho. We needed a RB and Guice was still on the board. He must have some serious off the field concerns because everybody's passing him. Tons of CB talent was on the board as well. Would have preferred Oliver/Jackson. Packers completely revamped there secondary. Jackson/Alexander gives them two 1st round quality CB's.

That looks to be the WR/TE slated to go next couple rounds...hopefully Dallas can net two of these guys

Got one of them

I really hope Dallas did their homework on this guy because he's going to have a major role immediately

Absolutely. Passing up on Chubb would have been something the Browns would do but not an intelligent organization like the Broncos. I was sooo hoping Broncos to pass on Chubb and take a qb so Chubb fell to Colts at 6 but not to be =[

PFF rated Gallup 49 overall... Dallas drafted him at 81 overall

Good value, according to PFF anyway

Chubb + Garrett would have been such a nasty foundation to build around...and easy to build around considering they are both on cheap rookie contracts for 3-4 more years.

Steelers getting Mason Rudolph in round 3 was nice. I also have complete confidence in our ability to evaluate WRs so I feel good about snagging James Washington.

It all comes down to player development on defense for the Steelers and if we can replace Shazier at LB tho.

No doubt Washington will be a stud if the Steelers drafted him... that said theres also no doubt that after proving himself a stud and approaching the end of his rookie contract, he will have a massive contract showdown with the team... and this will continue every 1-2 years thereafter...

Dude. No clue how I completely forgot about Chubb. I think I knew there was no chance he was an option for Chicago that I basically eliminated him from the draft hahaha. But Smith was seen as the best defensive player in the naiton last year and he proved it even more in the playoffs. The kid was a stud and all over the field.

I like the Sutton pick for you guys. I wanted him for Chicago in Rd 2 because he's got bigger size which I wanted to compliment Robinson and Gabriel but they got Miller who looks more like a speedster to me but I may be wrong.

I love the James Daniels pick. Lot of people had first round grades for him so he just solidifies our interior line even more. Two 2nd rounders and a 1st in that interior? We should be top 5 in rushing next season.

Cowboy's just traded their 6th round pick to the Rams for Tavon Austin

awesome move IMO

a 6th almost always equates to...nothing

The Rams have SEVEN picks in the 6th round

They'll be lucky if even one turns out.

stacking late picks is not a good strategy imo

Yeah, it's pretty frustrating to deal with this stuff constantly. The Leven Bell situation is unique tho because his value and the running back market are so mismatched. But either way it will be a shit show.

Chiefs spent everything on defense.
Ravens get that fifth year on Jackson for picking him in the first.
Chargers knocked it out of the park. Besides fg kicking their achillies heel last year was not being able to bring anyone down across the middle of the field. It's one thing if your corners can't bring an offensive player down, but it's frustrating as hell when your linebackers and safeties can't tackle.
