Default Best daft, worst draft

Just browsing through some of the drafts in the past
the 99 draft was among the best, producing at least a dozen quality NBA players, many of which are still current all-stars or quality starters:

On the other hand, the 2000 draft was disastrous:

Many of these guys are 12th men. And did any of them even make the All-star team once?

I would've taken him at #1 on that draft ( knowing what I know now)

Wow that brings back some names. Who would have thought back then that of San Antonio's picks, the HS stud would go crazy, and the least cared about pick in the draft (at least the last pick is the last pick) would turn out to be a star on multiple championship teams?

And how upset are Toronto fans that they drafted Jonathan Bender (at least they traded him) and Alex Radojevic when they could have had Richard Hamilton and Corey Maggette as the backbone of that team. Of course they had Vince and T-Mac, but still they picked 2 busts in the top 11. That must be a record low. Or imagine KG with Andre Miller and Ron Artest next to him.

That 1999 draft is so underrated though. Of course you have like 14 very good players, but then you add in guys like James Posey, Kenny Thomas, Devean George, Gordan Giricek, and Todd MacCullough who have had their years.

The 2000 draft was terrible, far worse that the 2001 '' Kwame'' draft.

In my book, by far the strongest in the last 15 years or so was the 1996. Iverson, Nash, Bryant, Ray Allen, Marbury, Jermaine O'Neal are all superb players, and Big Z, Stojakovic and Antoine Walker have all been stars in their own right.

Also, Ben Wallace was undrafted, and went on to be a 4 time DPOY winner.
