Yeah, Trump is leading us toward economic disaster.

I have 3 jobs and I got them with little effort. The market is strong and growing.

Available jobs is good, but if you need 3 jobs to get by, that's not a good sign.

94% of job growth over the past decade was from temporary, part-time, or "contract" jobs (things like Uber or Grubhub). None of these jobs pay well, none of them offer benefits, and none of these jobs have a shred of security.

http://dataspace.princeton.edu/jspui...b933/3/603.pdf

The US labor market might look good on paper, but the reality is that good jobs are nearly impossible to find and the middle class is weaker than ever.

And that has to be Trump's fault, not Obama's. Just trying to keep the narrative straight.

Also, that study is a couple of years old.

The middle class won't grow under Trump...only the rich will

Eventually the middle class suffering will lead to the rich suffering...Buffett and others get that, so they fight for the middle. The middle are the 'consumers'. When the consumers vanish everyone suffers.

So who would've grown the middle class, pray tell.

Let me guess, Bernie?

The middle class diminished and the wealth gap widened the most in history under the watchful eye of the previous administration. But hey, Trump's fault.

What narrative? I never directed blame at any president, show me where I blamed anything on Trump you oversensitive nancy. If the study I linked is looking at 2005-2015, then obviously it happened under Bush JR and Obama... so why the **** are you acting like I blamed this on Trump?

The purpose of my post was simply to point out that the job market is not nearly as strong as it might appear.

And no shit the study is a couple years old, that doesnt make it any less true or relevant. You posted an article that claims the job market is the strongest its been in a decade and a half, and my response is an academic paper that shows 94% of new jobs over most of the last decade were shitty temporary/part-time/contract jobs. Thats the narrative.
