this whole thing is dumb

first off the customers were dumb. Soft drinks not sweet enough? wtf? and like sending it back and getting a new one would be sweeter? how about just asking nicely for some sugars?

second.. the employee was dumb. Spitting in customers drink is a very disrespectful behavior.. I'm sure all of us would like to punch him in the face if he did it to us. He definitely deserves some form of retribution, and that retribution will serve as a detriment to others not to do the same.

third.. but 20 years for it? hell naw. But like others said, that's just the max, means nothing in this case. He'll probably get a shorter sentence.
