Put Kevin Love on the Grizzles and there is no way he averages 22-15, NO WAY!!

@ best he is averaging 17-13 IMO

Back on topic. I can understand why Love was selected. 15+ rpg is a rare feat. It's historical. But it's still hard to justify leaving out a guy on an above .500 team in the west who is averaging 20/13. How often does that happen?

27-24

Zach Attack outplayed Kevin Love in their recent head to head matchup.

Zach Attack - 23 points, 13 rebounds
Kevin Love - 10 points, 10 rebounds

The Grizzlies beat the Wolves, 102-84

Oh Yeah they beat the Cavs

So yeah Zach is better and more deserving of the ASG spot than Love IMO

I thought Vince gave his starting spot to MJ, not his actual All-star spot.

oh dumb me I didn't see VC then. But can't he really give out his all star spot? Duncan doesn't seem to like playing on the all star break.

Who does Kevin Love have besides Michael Beasley?

Z-bo was snubbed, but that isnt going to stop him from putting up numbers.

Z-bo has a great supporting cast Rudy Gay OJ Mayo stop it, we are 27-24 the 3rd hottest team out west record wise since Dec 8th. I have the Grizzlies as the 5th seed when it is all said and done this season only 4.5 games behind Hornets, for that 5th seed.

You sure about that? As long as Kevin gets the same amount of minutes, and plays like he's been playing, and Zach Randolph isn't on the team, I'm pretty sure that he could get somewhere around there if not better, especially considering Mike Conley can get him the ball better than Luke or Jonny can.

This.

Love shouldn't be punished for playing on a crap team. He maybe boring, but his numbers don't lie.

The only reason Duncan is on the team is because Pop's the coach, and he selected him.

Sure he's got better teammates, but he's also in a much harder division. And like I said...he's also in the playoffs and has wins. I don't care who you are, if you're stats are legit, you're gonna win games. Big Al put up 20-10 and still his T-wolves won more games with Foye being the second option.

Hell for instance LA would be a good example, who's the second best player on the Blazers? Matthews? Andre?

Personally I think both LA, and Nash deserved it more than Zbo. But I was just using him as a reference point.

I only remembered it because people were giving Carter a hard time because he said he's starting because the fans voted him in.

But at the introduction of the line up, they announced Jordan as a starter so Carter end up offering his starting spot to MJ.

Bottomline is...

If Ellis, Nash, Zbo, or LA played in the east for ANY team, they're all stars right now. Not Bosh, KG, Joe Jo, or whoever else.

Stat Padder
Nash will provide more entertainment and it might be his last chance to be an All-Star. I really wanna see some awesome passes from Nash to Griffin which will lead to a SLAAAAM DUNK! His rebounding won't provide entertainment. Love still has a big chance to make it next year. I want some entertainment!
