No way the Pistons bring T-Mac here. He's a born loser

So how many people score better than him? Tell me all of his league records??? I need more than a sentence or two for someone to convince me one of the best scorers the league has seen in a decade is a loser.

I'll be honest, I've never been a big fan of McGrady… he has alot of talent and is able to put alot of points on the board. I guess sometimes I question his attitude. How much time is left on his contract? He seems to loose motivation quick. He fell out in Orlando after they had a rough season and promptly got traded to Houston. I imagine he feels he doesn't have a chance to advance well in Houston with the Western Conference being competitive as it is and with questions regarding Yao's durability, which is why he would welcome a change especially to an organization such as Detroit. I'm sure after some time he will grow tired of it in Detroit too, unless of course we return to the Finals…

Other variables… can Stuckey handle the pressure of running this team? Unloading Billups means it is pretty much Stuckey's team. Thats alot of pressure to put on a guy. It will test his metal for sure.

From the Houston end of things, they said that they spoke with the Pistons but axed an offer of which no comment was made
Basically saving face if a trade were to happen. Pistons aren't saying a thing…

It is what it is — what ever happens, happens.

At some point or another Stuckey is going to half to run the team. He's the future PG of this franchise and I think it's coming sooner than later. The kid must know how much PG's are needed in the league and I'm sure he wants to be a starter otherwise he will go where he can start (which is a lot of places). Even if he isn't the starter this year, he needs to be next year. He can be better than Chauncey. He has more size and seems to be quicker. He can create his own shot and shots for others. Chris Paul and Deron Williams started right away. This guy has that kind of talent. I've said this many times before, but I will say it again. Chauncey is my favorite player on the team. I don't want to see him go. I think it's inevitable that he will half to. In order for this team to make any sort of blockbuster deal, he needs to be involved. Not only because of Stuckey, but because of his salary and how valuable a good PG is in the league today. I guess if we aren't happy with T-Mac what are some other choices? I'm having a hard time thinking of anything at the moment

Has anybody heard any Chauncey interviews lately? It would be interesting to hear his take since he has been in so many rumors. We heard the T-Mac & Carmello interviews but I haven't seen anything about Chauncey.

To me he certainly doesn't have a curse. He played in Toronto that had two stars and nothing else. There is no way they were going to go anywhere. Then Orlando which obviously wasn't a great team at the time. Now that he has been in Houston they have had a good team the last couple years, but is it his fault Yao got injured? The only way the trade works out well for both teams is if McGrady stays healthy. If he only played 60 games it's not worth it. He's young and has had some crazy injuries. I can't see it happening forever, but nobody can predict the future.
