Back in HS when I wrestled I'd usually lose about 30lbs or so over the month of pre-season workouts. Craziest/dumbest I ever did was something like 12lbs in a day and a half.

Well, I've never really lost weight on purpose, but I usually bulk in the winter and cut for summertime. I don't do either to an extreme, but it definitely makes gaining muscle easier.

Not if done right. I weighed 233 in September. I started P90x, started running (up to 3 miles with my bball team that I coach), mix in this crazy 300 Spartan workout you can find on Youtube, and eat clean 90% of the time. Yesterday I was at 211.

Yea, pretty much all you have to do. You ever use creatine? I just started putting a teaspoon in my protien shake like 45 minutes before working out. Gives me a crazy boost but I'm hoping I won't retain too much water by taking it.

Haven't lost weight but gained a lot of eight through lifting and taking sups. I was 155 lbs 6 months ago, now I'm 185 at 6'1". Here are my one rep max increases.

Cheat meaning what exactly? I'm curious because i've got about 30% of my weightloss goal left to do and it's been a real *****. Basically had to fast and work out all week just to drop the 5 lbs I needed to reach this months goal.

Lost about 10 pounds in 4 days once. I don't weigh a huge amount, but whenever I do gain weight it goes straight to my gut. I'm one of those weird skinny guys with a bit of a beer gut. It's annoying as hell, i'm working on losing it. Started doing my running again, I stopped exercising for about 15 months when I started doing shift work which is what caused it. Plus the junkfood I was eating too.

i was 14 , I gained 165-170 to 140 .. Basketball is my life..
I wasnt eating right , And I slept at day and woke up at nights.
And when Sometimes I would wake up at 3 in the afternoon , I would Drink a liter of coke and eat chips. lol
I stayed in phil for bout a year - vacation... prolly 55% of my days in there was NORMAL . but other than that I just played basketball everyday.

I've lost a significant amount of weight twice. I started out 126 pounds as a high school freshman until I joined cross country. Dropped down to about 105 by the time it was over in November.
A couple of years ago before I started boxing, I was 146 pounds, dropped down 10 to 12 pounds in a couple of months with a fairly impressive body fat percentage. I haven't had much time to work out since I started going back to school, so i'm up to 162 right now. I should really get on converting some of that to muscle...too much of the and grubbing late at night.
