What the hell does matching the Bulls record accomplish?
The goal is to win 73 not 72 so not sure why the media is saying they can tie the bulls at 72. Well that's not what they wanted, I;m sure they wanted 73 wins to go down in history. Why would any warriors fan want to see them finish 72-10? They lose another game and they might as well rest all the starters and get ready for the playoffs

Tying the record is impressive nonetheless.
I feel like losing the next game would be a blessing in disguise for the Warriors.
No point tiring yourself out for a meaningless regular season record like the Heat did in 2013... The Heat got away with it because they played the Pacers in the ECF.
Warriors still have to go through the Spurs in a potential WCF match up.

Going 72-10 doesn't mean shit if they don't win a handful of rings tbh
That was the benchmark set

Why do you always get so mad about anything related to the Warriors? But in this case I agree with you.

Tiring yourself out? They're professional athletes and they get a break before the playoffs, they need a month off to recuperate?

tying the Bulls still means Bulls are better(.)
Even if they were to break record it doesn't mean the Wars are better , it just means that won more games in a season.

Kerr is aiming for 72-10. To keep the record as both player and coach.

Lets be real.
Anyone saying it would still be great is just doing some hardcore damage control.
The whole world didnt tune in for an entire season to watch these letdown swagf*gs tie or just come shot of the record.

Re: What the hell does matching the Bulls record accomplish?
If they tie it that makes them only the second team in history to hit that mark. The goal is to break the record but if they can't well they can't, but winning 72 games is still impressive. However winning all those games means very little if you can't win the championship.
