This and situations like this proves that Buddhism is the only religion that really makes sense. The Buddha told people not to be attached to the things in this world if you want to truly be free. When people strongly associate themselves with the material world, this is what happens. When you attach yourself to the world you become a slave to unpredictability and you will always be a victim because you consciously refuse to take the path of least resistance.
This man is a slave to his own emotions and he probably will be for the rest of his life until he understands the function of the world and materialism.
The whole cycle of life is so depressing. Life cycle after life cycle we are subjected to cruelty and mislead. And we are told the big purpose is to learn? I think its all bullshit. I'd give anything to stop the cycle if I could.
