3 of which Wade did not play in. In order to accommodate the development of Shabazz Napier, the Heat are also allowing Chalmers to operate more as a slashing SG rather than a PG (which he never truly played with the big 3 anyways).
And Chalmers just got a contract from the Heat this summer - this makes Riley and Spo look better than they did over the summer after losing LeBron. Temporarily stop the bleeding by signing McRoberts and Deng to pair with Wade and Bosh while developing Napier. Then have plenty of money to play with come 2016.

I like how aggresive hes become, probably wants that starting spot back(he deserves it). I like his spark of the bench though when wade first sits ... lebron picking on him and last years finals got him a really bad rap.
Id pick him any day over cole, even with the bonehear plays. Hes still a better scorer and equal playmaker and defender(chalmers was once regarded as a great defender like cole, never has been true for either one).
Cole dosent really look to be flushering as the starting pg heat thought hed be and i dont think he ever will.never really has shown potential either, maybe the worst starting pg in the league...really wish we signed aaron brooks or augistin, would be better then cole easily..

If we had our full roster healthy id rather chalmers start and napier back him up,trade cole for someone that can block a shot.napier has a shltload of offensive potential.
Id like to just trade haslem to..cole/haslem for anybody that can protect the rim for 10-15minutes a game
