It's a different dynamic. There isn't nowhere near as many black people over there, and a lot of their blacks are african immigrants. Italians are pretty xenophobic and dislike all immigrants. American racism is more deep seeded and taboo whereas italian racism isn't as deep seeded but more brash and open.
