Shawne Williams...
...had 11 rebounds tonight in his start against the Hawks. He's improved as he's gotten more playing time. And as his only offensive responsibilities (and possibly capabilities ) are spot-up treys, he can focus most of his energy on defense and rebounding, like he has in the last two games. I definitely wouldn't mind him starting for a while over Chandler. Too bad he's probably going to to get suspended for a few games.
6'9", can hit the open shot, and is a tough SOB. Not bad.

Re: Shawne Williams...
He has earned his time, but he only got it because he hits threes.
He is a decent defender, but if he didn't threes, he wouldnt see the light of day.

Would you prefer it if he couldn't hit threes?

All I said, was that is why he gets court time.
Do you think he would play, if he couldnt hit them?

I'm not even sure he would be on the roster.
