I registered, waited months while sending emails frequently during registration, never got activated. I then registered with this name, waited months, sent email after email, and then finally was activated. How much traffic do you think this scares off? Isn't generating traffic the goal? What is the point of this process?

The only thing Jeff keeps tabs on/changes on this site is the Copyright years at the bottom.
I mailed Jeff a check for $500 to buy a stake into this board and he cut and ran. He told me via PM to meet him at a Sbarro here in NY and I waited for him. He then apologized for not showing up via PM and told me he used the $500 to help his sick grandma in Queens, so I kinda felt bad and didn't press the issue further.

I remember I had to email Jeff to activate something so I can have an avatar. He fixed it within 48 hours. Happened sometime last year.
