Default Anyone watching the Sinquefield cup?

It's streaming live. Apparently the most highly rated field of any tournament in the game's history.

There are two Americans in the tournament: Fabiano Luigi Caruana and Hikaru Nakamura

Caruana already upset world champion Magnus Carlsen yesterday. Carlsen and Aronian currently moving toward a draw in their match right now as time winds down.

edit: Wow, Aronian laid a brutal egg when he should have at least drawn, and Carlsen took advantage and pimpslapped him to earn a full point from the match.

Caruana running away with the tournament already tho

    Good matches so far today.

Topalov throws a stunning wrench into the line and Caruana doesn't even blink, just immediately makes the appropriate adjustment and seizes an advantage.

Dude's playin some crazy chess right now. On the verge of going 6-0 in the most competitive field in the game's history

Yo but nakamura did the funnnnniest thing.

It was a very slow game, minimal development, most pieces near home base, wide open center. He moves his queen diagonal from the back row across to the A file.

Then Aronian just develops his rook over to the center of the backrow...

And then naka literally moves his queen all the way back to the exact same spot it just came from. Shit was so silly it didnt even seem real.

The commentator thought something was wrong with the screen He was like "And then Nakamura here moves his queen back to... Wait a minute. That cant be right. Am I clicking on here correctly???" And then they told him in the earpiece that was the move and he was just like speechless. Everyone in the chat was dying.

Amazingly he still managed a draw, Aronian definitely isnt having one of his better tournaments. Sorry q

But Nakamura with the ****ing legendary blooper

Yeah that queen move was strange. He probably was distracted from Caruana swaggin all over the place.
