The league is more popular than ever and there are certainly no less superstars than 10 years ago.

Kidd

Starbury
Steve Francis
Mike Bibby
Iverson
Bryant
Tmac
Pierce
Ray Allen
Vince Carter
Shaq
Duncan
Garnet
Dirk
Webber
Yao
Billups
That whole Detroit team
Baron Davis
Many more... sure I'm missing a few

Such a GOAT time for basketball.

AD
Kobe
KD
Rose
Westbrook
Curry
Melo
Love
Irving
CP3
Dwight
Aldridge
Haren
PG
Parker
Dirk

I'm going with your definition of a "superstar", btw.

We are at the end of the Kobe/Duncan era and firmly entrenched in the LeBron era. But there are HOFers all over the place: Dirk, Wade, Paul and guys like Curry, Durant, Carmelo, Randolph, Gasol, Love, Aldridge, Howard...

Today we only have LeBron and Durant.

Dark time for star players.

disagree

bron>kobe
KD>dirk
melo>t-mac
cp3>kidd
AD = KG
DMC = Webber

Shaq and Prime Duncan are the only ones that era has over this one

Stop with the revisionist history

Vince Carter was more of a mega-star than Chris Webber early on. Arguably the most popular player on the planet at one point.
