Default The Economic Chaos in Pro Basketball thread

It's time to discuss the current financial crisis in basketball. What I know so far is some nba teams have high debt/operating expense ratios, Haaretz claims that maccabi has shortfalls, what's going on in other markets?

It seems that the most affected areas are

US (NBA)
Russian league
Baltic clubs
Ukraine clubs
