Not sure exactly but I think he was overseas for two years.

Based on how good he was when he arrived they should have got him over sooner.

that would be an excellant option for the jazz this year if there is a player out there with that kind of age and potential to grab

Probably won't be a better opportunity than last year when they had the chance to grab a defensive minded lottery talented big man in Splitter and instead chose Almond and let the rich get richer(Spurs).

If we had done this with fesenko, i think he would be alot better on 2 years.

Too early to say but I'd think having him playing in the Jazz system close by in Orem, with NBA rules and more athletic players and having control over his minutes and everything else in the D-League is better than having him play in the Ukraine league. If he's not ready to help them after next year than it won't look good though cuz he won't be able to play in the D-league again and they might not even pick up his option.

Again not sure here but I also think he was under contract so the Jazz technically couldn't bring him over until the two years were over.
