Right. That is sort of my point. Being insane means that someone is not in control of their faculties and aren't responsible for the things that they are saying.

I'm not sure I've ever seen anyone in MORE control of their faculties than Sheen currently is. The guy's wit is on a really, super high level... In fact, I think it is going over some peoples' heads, which is more of the problem.

The guy is completely killing it in these interviews with some of the wittiest material I have ever heard in my life. He should do stand-up (not joking).

No, I got you what you meant. I just don't completely agree. If crazy is not strictly conforming to societal norms, then yeah... He is a little crazy.

I just don't think he is in the midst of or on the verge of a serious mental breakdown (which I think a lot of people are insinuating).

AA has saved countless lives...has probably saved thousands of lives outside of AA...drivers that could have been hit...

One thing I've learned to do (not always on the internet)... Is stay humble.

Charlie Sheen should go hang out with Josh Hamilton.... they'd make a good combo of two completely sober guys hanging out.

but AA does get people to stop drinking...that is undeniable...

that's another problem... it's like total surrender.

Your mind might not be powerful enough, or you may not have the will power to avoid that first drink... but I believe there are better ways to get help than AA.

I found a better support team... people I know... not total strangers.

too many people relying on total strangers... and that's why the program can fail. You don't know who the f*ck these people are.
