Cool, signing a 35 year old, 5'10" midget will get the Spurs out of this slump.

Now I see

Tony Parker is going to be out with bone spurs in his foot.

Hes a decent short term replacement for them.

You are calling a 5'10 guy a midget?

Do you get out much or is your life revolved around NFL players and NBA players?

the raptors could have really used this guy. Even with TJ back, he would have been great on this team.

In basketball, 5'10 is short, even for a PG. The dude is 35 years old. His impact will be negligible at best. Gary Payton would be a much better acquisition than "Mighty Mouse".

There's a reason he has that nickname, BTW.

Oh.

You should have said in basketball terms

Although 5ft10 on paper is short,5ft10 and 6ft is really not noticeable when on the court.

:

Did you watch Payton play during the last couple of years? The way he was playing towards the end I would take Bob Cousy over him if I needed a back up point guard.

Stoudemire is a decent back up and a upgrade from Jacque Vaughn. Every little upgrade counts towards playoff time too.

It would be a good signing for SA especially if Tony Parker is out for an good long while. They'll need all the help they can get from the PG position.

Default Not a sure thing the Stoudomire to SA rumor.

The latest rumor has it with a "strong" consideraton on the Spurs but not like he is going there for sure.

Phoenix, Toronto, Boston and Dallas are still in the running for his services.

Funny thing would be if he says "Thanks but no thanks" to San Antonio.

Thanks for creating another pointless "Stoudomire" thread when there is 4 different ones already.

This one deserves its own thread.

I just don't see Mighty Mouse in with the San Antonio Bone Spurs. I think he'll end up in Boston. Remember, he's leaving Memphis because of PT. He won't get PT behind TP, but should steal minutes from Rondo.
