Still getting paid after leaving former job

I got vacation pay 2 weeks after i left as well as a held back pay. The month of February was very good to me.

The bank is not making the mistake, it is the accountant working for the company, so in this case, the company can either sue him for the money back (which they won't because the cost would be more cumbersome than what they paid him) or he can keep it and act like he owns it.

Depending on the amount, they can go to small claims and file. Fast and inexpensive. Plus, if he's found guilty of taking the money under false pretenses, he may not only have to return the money but also pay their court fees.
