Really? Its not like FIFA where they have a play in?

Crystal clear.

Brazil brought knives in a gun battle.

No. It's exactly as I wrote it.

Canada has Mexico next. This will be a good test as the Mexicans have been playing well and a win here could put us in position for the semi-finals.

It will be interesting to see how the team comes out after a day of rest and two blowout wins. We haven't been in that kind of mindset since 2000 and hopefully Triano won't let them get complacent. We have the interior defense to keep Ayon in check, just need to make sure we can fill it up, as Mexico has been scoring in bunches.

Good win for Venezuela against a feisty Uruguayan team.

Just got caught up on the earlier games:

Karl Towns Jr. keeps on producing with the few minutes he gets for the DR.

Canada really pulled away in the 4th. Heslip and Rautins shot the lights out while their two big men controlled the paint.

Puerto Rico had an impressive win against Puerto Rico. Arroyo and Balkman have been the best players in this tournament IMO. Scola was a beast but there's only so much one guy can do against a talented team.

So far in this tournament, Renaldo Balkman's averages are 1st in points, 3rd in rebounds, 2nd in steals, and 3rd in blocks (21/8.4/2.4/1.5) and this is on 78% from the field and 81% from the FT line.

Absolutely incredible.

Third straight twenty plus win for the lads from the North.

Getting the point play and three point shooting we need to qualify.

Jay Triano pushing all the right buttons, team still improving. Mexico has been great in this tournament, this is a big win.

Next up, the home squad, huge risk for let down here, we gotta stay focused.

Jamaica beats Argentina 81-75. Impressive wins over both Brazil and Argentina for the Jamaicans.

Weymini Rose was unstoppable in the fourth. He looks like a lethal but streaky scorer.

I am not going to go into specifics but Euroleague is a crazed troll

Also Puerto Rico win yet again. I wonder if we are going to win this tournament they way we are playing.

Balkman has been playing great in this tournament. Hopefully he stays in the PR league when everything is done and plays for my hometown (Guayama)! I know he wants to come back.

They're definitely the favorites at this point. I still feel like Canada could take them but we need our guards to show up unlike last time, can't let Arroyo/Barea dominate so much.

HUGE loss for Argentina but good for Jamaica, that team plays as hard as anyone

I don't think Canada can beat the PR team unless they get lucky. They are a good team and have great players but they are still too green. But they do have a lot of youth.
