I knew it was 12 years, but I (sort of) just realised that 12 years ago I Was only 4 and had no clue about a game called basketball. Now? I'm the happiest person in the world.
Its been 12 years but here we come. Rockets just have to play smart and I believe they can beat the Lakers.

I really appreciate the optimism and there nothing more I want than to see Yao Ming get to the 3rd round. However, let's be realistic. The Lakers are going to run over us. If we can make it to game 6, it's already considered a success. The only chance we have is if Kobe gets injurred and is out for the series.
I know Golden State took out Dallas last year, but you need a bigger miracle to overcome the Lakers.
^ oh and fyi golden state beating Dallas was not a miracle, they were simply over-matched and it was clearly seen during the regular season of that year.... i know we didn't do so hot againts L.A. this season but we have matched up well with them for a few seasons... if they don't front Yao, I am putting a lot on him to hit big shots...

well, it's the Lakers' series to lose. I think if we got T-Mac in his prime, there would be a chance. T-Mac in his prime probably matches well against Kobe. Yao Ming matches well against Pau Gasol. I tend to believe the rest of the Lakers' palyers aren't all that impressive. Their level is usually elevated by the likes of Gasol and Kobe. We'll see.

well we never had a prime t-mac, so there really isn't a point in wishing for one, and a prime t-mac didn't play d... battier and artest will be mixing it up with kobe defensively and that's exactly what we need to win.. contain kobe and rest of the lakers will fall with him...

that's just a frustrated kobe trying to get under battier's skin.. but battier is too smart to fall for kobe's immature antics and battier continued to slow kobe down the entire game...
