if you're meticulously planning to shank someone, make sure you buy one size too big no name brand shoes from a non descript store with no cameras or scanning machines. pay for that shit cash.

no wonder they got him in the civil trial.

You realize the gloves were designer and just as rare also right? And his size of XL.

They were purchased for him by Nicole... there were receipt records.

The shoes were never found and OJ denied having them but multiple photos of him wearing those shoes surfaced and he claimed the photos were photoshopped lol.

Honestly as good as his defense team was in the criminal trial at raising “reasonable doubt”, the only reason he got off was because of Rodney King. The jury was racist and looking for payback because of how a bunch of incredibly shitty, racist white cops beat up a black dude. One of the jurors openly held up a black power fist while looking at OJ as the juror was exiting the court.

I guarantee if you take the exact same jury, re do the trial 20 years later, with the exact same trial and evidence without any external factors, he gets convicted.

The demonstration came after testimony suggesting that Nicole Brown Simpson bought the unique style of gloves during a 1990 trip to Bloomingdale's in New York. Only about 300 brown, extra-large gloves in that style were ordered by Bloomingdale's for 1990. The store sold between 200 to 240 gloves and returned the rest to the manufacturer.

The notion that Brown Simpson purchased the same kind of gloves as a pair that were later discovered to contain blood that appeared to be her own seems too grisly to be true, but it did happen.

The prosecution fucked up royally. They thought that by populating the jury with black women they would sympathize with Nicole being a battered wife. Then the defense did a brilliant job of putting the LAPD on trial.

the prosecution in general bungled a slam dunk, easily winnable case. the civil trial prosecutors did not make those same amateur mistakes.

2) oj did that shit.
