Default Joakim Noah's Lack Of Conditioning Apparently A Problem

The Bulls are just fourteen games into their season, but there have been indications that Joakim Noah's lack of conditioning could be a problem.

He waved to the bench just nine minutes into Chicago's game on Monday night, and played just 19 minutes against Denver on Sunday.

Noah ended up playing 16 1/2 minutes on Monday, with none coming in the fourth quarter.

Hell yeah his lack of conditioning is a problem seeing as his only advantage against his opponents is bringing relentless energy and hustle! He's an energy guy, no post moves or offensive skills what so ever. He needs to rebound, block/contest shots, play defense, and hustle. Thats it! Thats all we expect of him and if he can't even do that w/o getting winded this is a serious problem for the Bulls.

ps. How hard is it to do a drop-step or a baby hook? I just don't understand why its so hard for a 7 footer to do those moves. Soooo frustrating!!!!

(Trying to block out the memories of Michael Sweetney after reading the thread title.)

I wasn't sure if Noah or Hawes was going to be the better pick last year, but when Hawes got hurt and Noah was actually helping the team, I thought we had made the right decision. Now that Hawes is playing well (12/7 I believe) and Noah can't even stay in shape, it's just another failed draft pick by Paxson.

At least Sweets had SOME post moves. Noah is just a complete bust. I do not even want to see him on this team anymore. A trade or buyout would be grounds for a big party in Chicago.

The piece of **** can't stay in shape when he's on the big stage? He does not deserve to be in the NBA.

...and once again the Bulls are stuck with an under-performing player with nearly zero trade-value.

How will the Bulls get out of this mess if no one wants Noah, Gray, Thomas, Sefolosha, Hughes, etc?

Trade them all for contracts that expire over the next 2 years. Even if they 'lose' in the deal.

Outside of maybe 3-4 players no one has a future on this squad. Gut the roster.

I wouldn't mind getting blazed with him, he'd probably be funny as f-ck.

You know what? I think you are correct. I would love to trade these guys for better players but it's nearly impossible. The Bulls might as well start saving their coins for the 2010 piggy-bank. If not the Bulls will lose out on two different opportunities to get better.
