I have found the bodybuilding community is typically on the cutting edge of nutrition.

However, you gotta keep in mind that nutrition is not an exact science. Individuals will vary wildly, and there is a whole lot of topics with conflicting studies and research. Keep an open mind but don't get suckered into the latest flavor of the month. Only trial and error will tell you what is truly best for your body.

Don't think so, this one had more to do with your genetics.

It looks like it still may cost a lot. I haven't really researched it because I'm pretty happy with how my body is and the food I eat.
