Chamberlain was First-Team All-Defense in his last two seasons, and at ages 35 and 36. And he was holding a peak Kareem to a .434 FG% in their last ten H2H's; a peak Lanier to a .344 FG% in his last season; and Thurmond to .362 FG% in '72, and .318 in the '73 regular season, and .373 in the WCF's.
All while blocking 5-6 shots a game, and leading the league in rebounding in both seasons, and both post-seasons.
