Dirk is way better than Melo. Melo will never be ranked above Dirk.

Melo may still win a championship. The difference is all about level of play and impact. Dirk was a much better player than Melo when CJ Mustard made his infamous prediction. He didn't suddenly become the Dirk he's now known as in 2011 - anyone who followed him closely knew how good he truly was.
