Default The next Bulls coach......

there's also rumors that maybe avery johnson will take a year off if he cant find a job he wants.......lets say he does take a year off.......who else is left out there that you bulls fan would consider? everybody that has been rumored are all hired except for johnson.......

if you have to pick between an assistant coach or a college head coach, what would you prefer?

i can't even really think of other unemployed coaches that are worth interviewing...

I kind of like Jeff Van Gundy. He's the only coach to ever bring an 8th seed to the finals. He's a players coach that's tough at the same time. I know he's said he wants to sit out another year but I wonder if the Bulls could lure him into a contract. I was wondering what everyone else thinks of him?

I'm really afraid of a no name coach. If they won't make a run at Van Gundy I guess my next choice would be Avery Johnson. I do like his dedication for defense.

I've never been crazy about Van Gundy, but if Avery sits a year out, that makes VanGundy the most qualified coach available. It looks like NewYork got more than a new coach in D'Antoni. They also got some respectability. Suddenly players want to play in NewYork again. Thats the difference between great coaches, and ambitious assistants.
