2 tablespoons butter in cold pan
3 cloves of garlic
heat until you hear some sizzling (before garlic browns and bitters)
add cold buttermilk
wait until that froths over
add in 3-4 boiled and peeled potatoes and mash
add a few spoons of sour cream or greek yogurt until texture is right
sprinkle some green chives ontop and you're done.
