Waiters is still on his very reasonable rookie deal and will be for another year, allowing us to make other roster moves while retaining his potential. Hibbert's contract is starting to look like an awful, awful deal.

And, beyond that, the contracts aren't even close to matching. This article is pure BS. He didn't even bother putting a modicum of research into it.

At least see if the salaries match, bro.

Hibbert - $15 million

Waiters - $4 million
Haywood - $2 million

Jesus christ calm the hell down..

It's a fvcking article from the epoch times and you're sitting here acting like a little kid, just because you haven't heard of something, in this case the epoch times, doesn't mean it has the legitimacy of a Facebook post.

You aren't a cavs insider so stop acting like you have the final say on what is a viable rumor or not

Ray Allen signing with the cavs makes sense, if somebody attacks the legitimacy of the source then the entire article hours be in question..

Ray Allen going to the cavs has been in the news for awhile, the Hibbert trade has been talked about for weeks as possibly happening at some point down the line (something about Hayward & 10 mill mid way into the season)

More talks of the cavs calling the pacers about Hibbert..

Chris Sheridan this time..

And again the speculation is Haywood, Waiters and picks..

He's just another Cavalier fan that remembers when LeBron quit in Game 5 but now that's all forgiven because they have him back.

NBA OK with the Cavs getting LeBron, Love, Allen, Hibbert. Meanwhile, the Lakers a few years back couldn't even get just one player (CP3) without the league c0ckblocking them!

It doesn't seem fair, but when the league stood in for the Pelicans franchise, the coaches could legitamately vote against such trade and it had to be honored.

In this case, Cavs are not owned by or occupied by the league. Coaches don't have a leg to stand on to veto a trade here.

At least that is my understanding of it. I could be wrong.
