Yeah i'm not even a big Star Wars guru but this film out of the last 5 produced seem the most appealing
The trailer is dope af and AMC says it'll be a 2:30 min movie making it the longest Star Wars yet
Probably see it around 3-4 days after release, enough time to empty the rush and somewhat early to miss spoilers
People are obsessed with spoiling it for other people, someone on an unrelated tweet showed Han got clobbered on the day the movie came out. Getting tickets that weekend and just turning off social media 2-3 days before I go in.
Perhaps Gray Jedi? Before there were jedi and sith, there were what we now call "gray jedi" now. Gray Jedis didn't fall to the dark side but stayed neutral on the border, tethering on the edge between the 2 sides. Their focus was simply balance.
Quote:
The Je'daii enamored by the light side of the Force, or Ashla professed that it was stronger than the Bogan and the more virtuous path to walk. Abandoning the Je'daii teachings of balance, this splinter group began calling themselves Jedi and formed a Jedi Council consisting of the founding members; Jedi Masters Rajivari, Garon Jard, Cala Brin and Ters Sendon. Believing that they were given command over the Force in order to assist those in need, the Jedi wished to defeat those who used the dark side and vanquish all those whom they perceived as evil.
Essentially, the original belief system, which is what Luke set out to find, would have to re-emerge where jedis don't consider themselves this special group to vanquish evil. So if they return to the old original Je'daii teachings of balance, there would be no need for jedi/good and sith/evil to balance one other out. Gray jedis would balance themselves out through seeking neutrality+balance rather than battling the "other" side.. There wouldn't be any need for "other" side.
