    Hil-ar-ious.

For the record, Maidana's custom 8 oz. gloves that he initially presented at the weigh-in were not approved by the NSAC. The two camps then went into a backroom, where Maidana's team pulled out some other, very similar gloves that were approved, but Mayweather's camp objected to because they were so similar to the ones that were just banned from the fight.

Sounds like Maidana's team is trying to get an advantage, but they have no leverage to do so. Doesn't matter... fight is happening.

What's sad is Pac fans constantly complaining about Mayweather when Pac is famous for threatening to pull out of fights if he doesn't get his way. It's all part of the process in a big fight.

Khan-Collazo is on right now; they're both in the ring being introduced.

If the red gloves were so similar to the blue one then why did the NSAC approved it?

I'm predicting Mayweather hitting the canvas in this fight. If anyone has the balls to throw haymakers without giving a *** it's Maidana. He really has nothing to lose. Robert Garcia has basically admitted there's no way in hell they can outbox Floyd, so they are going for the kill early in the fight.

I was hoping Canelo would have that mentality but he respected Floyd's counterpunching too much. He didn't want to risk being dropped if he opened up too much. Maidana has been dropped a chit load of times so he won't have that psychological aspect bothering him.

Collazo knocked down but seemed to be half the punch and half losing balance/bumped.

Wishful thinking. You are letting your dislike for Floyd question your reasonable judgment.

Maidana is a B- level fighter, People are overrating his wins against Broner who's a C level fighter at his best.

Devon Alexander and Amir Khan beat this one dimensional slugger.

Just stating what has been reported.

    http://www.nydailynews.com/sports/mo...icle-1.1778032

They were both custom Everlast MX gloves. Btw, both camps eventually agreed that he'd be allowed to wear the Everlast gloves that were approved, so this is a non-issue.

Very simply, the reason you can't stand Mayweather is because you're a known Pacquiao nut rider with a long history of taking every opportunity to swipe at Mayweather. That's why.

There are millions like you all over the Internet. Boxing fans encounter them often... Pro-Pacquiao, Anti-Mayweather. The connection is obvious.

Trying to stream this while watching the game. Broner looked as average as ever. Khan looked solid considering the long layoff, welterweight debut, and awkward opponent. I think he still needs a real test at WW before diving into the deep end IMO.
